Notes can be added to any UML diagram as a way to explain the point of the diagram in more detail.

Note

Contains a text comment. Displayed as a page with the corner turned down; however, this shape is easily confused with other shapes, so Tablet UML cannot recognize it. Instead, to add a note to a diagram, you must draw a five-pointed star. Tablet UML will replace the star with the note icon, sized proportionally to the original star. You can then edit the note text in the fashion specified for naming elements.
