At the suggestion of some of our customers, we're trying a new marketing
approach for Tablet UML: a free demonstration version! And by free, we
mean free. Are we going to collect your email address and
inundate you with spam? Nope! The Tablet UML Company would never do
that. Are we going to secretly track your Web surfing habits? Nope! We'd
never do that, either. Are we going to dump ads on your system?
Nope! We hate clutter as much as you do. Are we going to install
some adware or spyware and generate revenue by forcing you to see ads? Nope! The
Tablet UML Company hates adware, after a particularly
nasty infection we had. Is the software limited infunctionality, or it it going
to expire? Nope, and nope.
All that free means in this case is that this version has the following
three limitations:

The demo is explicitly licensed for non-commercial use only. The purpose of the
demo is to let you try before you buy, not to let you just use it indefinitely
without ever buying the real thing.

Every diagram and note field within the product includes a watermark that
clearly announces that the images were created with a demo version of Tablet
UML which is not licensed for commercial use. If you print the diagrams, export
them as bitmaps, or save them as Web pages, the watermark will be preserved.

Sorry, but there's no tech support for the demo version. Our prices are very
low, so our tech support budget is similarly low. We have to reserve that
budget for the paying customers. You can ask questions, and we'll answer if we
can; but we can't make any promises.
